• Reservations: See Calendar & Rates.  
• To reserve a date: a 20% deposit is required.
• A damage deposit of $300 is required.  
• Remaining payment plus damage deposit is due 30 days before arrival.
• Reservations made within 30 days of arrival: payment is due in full upon registration.
• Cancellations:   

- Rental payments are non-refundable if made less than 14 days prior to your arrival.

- All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee.

• All prices/payments are in US dollars.  
• Only credit cards are accepted.
• All payments are made through Paypal and converted to your home currency.
• The apartment is furnished with a starter set of bed linens and towels.
• Washer/dryer is in the apartment.
• Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. are available for your use.
• Reserved parking space.
• The apartment is kosher with a Shabbot hot plate and water boiler.
• Shabbot elevator.
• No smoking permitted - except on the balcony.
